My training in Functional Nutrition is called ‘Full Body Systems’ because it gives me the tools, systems and framework to map specific symptoms to the body system (or systems) impacted, and then develop a plan to go from ‘deficiency to sufficiency’ through addressing diet, environmental inputs, and other stressors.
I take a very personalized approach. It is not a ‘one size fits all’ program, band-aid, or solution as we are all unique in our life experiences and exposures.
